Using Sendstrap

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and be authorized to act for any business or website connected to the service.

Users are responsible for widget content, destination channels, websites, leads, and communications conducted through their accounts.

Acceptable use

Sendstrap must not be used to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, mislead visitors, interfere with the service, evade limits, or send abusive or unsolicited communications.

• Do not collect information without an appropriate notice or legal basis.
• Do not expose secret API keys or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not resell or copy the service except under an authorized partner agreement.
• Do not use automated traffic to manipulate usage, billing, analytics, or plan limits.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid features, billing intervals, usage allowances, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled unless the applicable order states otherwise.

Charges already incurred are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. A downgrade or cancellation may limit features or take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Customer content and permissions

Users retain ownership of content submitted to Sendstrap. They grant Sendstrap the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and protect that content while providing the service.

Users confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions for content, domains, contact details, and visitor information they provide.

Service changes and availability

Sendstrap may improve, replace, or discontinue features. Reasonable notice will be provided when a material change adversely affects paid use, where practical.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, third-party failures, security incidents, or events beyond reasonable control can interrupt availability.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, prevent harm, respond to legal requirements, address non-payment, or investigate a suspected violation.

Users may stop using the service and cancel eligible subscriptions. Following termination, content may be deleted according to retention and backup practices.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sendstrap is provided without implied guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Users remain responsible for their websites, customer communications, compliance, and business decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, Sendstrap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes, law, and contact

These terms may be updated to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

The governing law and dispute forum are those stated in the applicable order or account agreement, or otherwise the law applicable to the registered Sendstrap service provider.
