Sendstrap processes information provided when an account is created, a widget is configured, support is requested, or a subscription is purchased.

When a Sendstrap widget is used, technical and interaction information may be processed to deliver the widget, prevent abuse, enforce plan limits, and provide analytics.

• Account details such as name, email address, phone number, language, and authentication information.
• Workspace, website, domain, widget configuration, lead, and support information.
• Subscription identifiers and billing status received from payment providers. Sendstrap does not need to store complete payment card numbers.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, timestamps, widget loads, and channel clicks.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the service, maintain accounts, publish widgets, process requested communications, operate subscriptions, respond to support requests, and improve product performance.

Sendstrap does not sell personal information. Information is not used for unrelated advertising without an appropriate legal basis or consent.

Website owners and visitor data

A business that installs a Sendstrap widget generally decides what visitor information to request and why it is collected. That business is responsible for providing its own privacy notice and handling visitor requests.

Sendstrap acts as a service provider or processor for this information when it is handled on the business's behalf.

Service providers and transfers

Sendstrap may use infrastructure, database, email, analytics, security, artificial intelligence, and payment providers to operate the service. These providers receive only the information needed for their role and are subject to contractual or legal safeguards.
